The everyday worry
When you live far away, the small things are the hardest to keep track of
01
Families live apart
Parents stay on in Hyderabad, Vijayawada or Guntur. Children work in Bengaluru, Pune — or New Jersey.
02
Missed doses go unnoticed
A skipped tablet is easy to miss and hard to find out about — often not until the next doctor visit.
03
You can't call every morning
Meetings, commutes and time zones get in the way — even on the days you most want to call.
How it works
Set up in an evening. Peace of mind every day.
Three simple steps. Your parent only needs a phone that can take calls.
1Step 1
Add your parent and record their consent
Tell us who to call, how to address them and the hours that suit them. Explain the service and record that they agreed — we never call without it.

2Step 2
Add medicines and times
Enter medicines and times exactly as the doctor prescribed. We remind — we never suggest or change doses.

We call in Telugu — you get the summary
A friendly AI assistant calls in simple Telugu. You see every answer on your dashboard and get an alert when something needs you.

Safety first
An assistant, not a doctor
HelloBapu reminds and listens. It never diagnoses, never advises on medicines, and never guesses an answer it didn't hear clearly.
Never gives medical advice
It won't suggest doses, timings or treatments. Questions like that go to the doctor — or to you.
Never guesses
If an answer is unclear it's marked “Not verified”. A connected call is never treated as a dose taken.
They can stop the calls any time
Saying “please stop calling” on a call is enough. The calls stop and you're told.
Urgent concerns reach family at once
If they say they're unwell or need help, you're alerted immediately so you can call them.

Nanna doesn't use WhatsApp. He just picks up the phone and talks in Telugu — and that's the whole point.

Pricing
Pay only for the calls you need
Simple prices per person, per month, with GST included. Pay ahead for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. No free trial and no auto-renewal: just one free test call so you can hear it first.
No. HelloBapu calls any ordinary mobile or landline in India. There's nothing to install and nothing to learn — she just answers the phone.
Which Telugu does it speak?
Simple, everyday Telugu, spoken respectfully — the way you'd speak to elders. It's being tested with Telangana, Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema speakers, and it understands the English medicine names families use.
What if she doesn't answer?
We try again within the calling hours you set (you choose how many tries). If we still can't reach her, you get an alert so you can check on her.
Is it a doctor?
No. It's a reminder and check-in assistant. It never gives medical advice or changes doses, and it isn't an emergency service — in an emergency, call 108 or 112.
Can she stop the calls?
Yes, any time. She can say so on a call, or tell you or us. The calls stop right away and you're informed.
Is our data safe?
We collect only what's needed to place calls and show you the results. We never store call recordings or transcripts, never sell data, and you can download or delete your data any time.
Can my brothers and sisters share access?
Yes. Invite family members to follow the same parent. Up to 4 family members can follow one person.
What does it cost?
Each person costs ₹150, ₹299 or ₹449 a month for 1, 2 or 3 daily calls, with GST included. You pay ahead for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, for up to 4 people on one account.
Is there a free trial?
There's no free trial, but every account gets one free test call, so you and your parent can hear exactly how it sounds. If they don't answer, the try doesn't count and you can call again. Daily calls start once you choose a plan.
How do I pay?
Online, through Razorpay — by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. Razorpay handles your payment details; we never see or store them. Every payment is listed in your payment history in the app.
What happens when my plan ends?
Nothing renews automatically. We remind you 3 days before your plan ends, and on the day it ends. If you don't renew, scheduled calls pause — the people, medicines and settings you added stay saved, and calls restart when you renew.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can stop any time by simply not renewing — calls continue until the end of the time you've paid for. Paid time that has already started isn't refunded, but a failed or duplicate charge is always refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Upgrading part-way through? The unused value of your current plan is taken off the price. Read the refund & cancellation policy
